PRCo In Kenosha, WI

I thought that all five PCCs were in Koosha by the end of the summer, and
car #5 was to be painted in a new, special color scheme for the city of
Kenosha.  I never heard of any plans to paint a car in PRC colors (the
closest would be the PCC already there in TTC paint).

One of the first PCC's in Kenosha back in June was green/cream/black/red,
and was supposed to represent Louisville or Chicago, although I didn't
think it matched either city.  That car certainly wasn't close to PRC
colors.
