Brady St bridge had weight restriction imposed mid-60s which was reason for 
splitting 77/54.  How about 8 July 1963.  On second thought, to avoid 
"senior moment" concerning weight restriction "recollection",  anyone have 
copy of July 1963 Post Gazette handy?
