Here are the route and service changes which begin on Sunday, October 15,
2000. Please note that tables might not line up properly on all computers.

ROUTE CHANGES (Beginning October, 2000) From Pat Scrimgeour, Toronto Transit 
Commission----------Anyone visiting after 10/15/2000 may want to know these 
changes to streetcar routes (HrB)

509 HARBOURFRONT
End of seasonal service
Sunday and holiday service will be eliminated for the winter. There will be
no change to service from Monday to Saturday. Evening, Sunday, and holiday
service on this route will resume in May 2001.

501 QUEEN
End of track reconstruction
The track reconstruction project on Queen Street between Shaw Street and
Fennings Street (one block east of Dovercourt Road) will end. The additional
round-trip time and streetcars which were added to the route for
construction will be removed, and all service will operate over the usual
route on Queen Street.

511 BATHURST
Increased round-trip time
The round-trip time will be increased during the afternoon peak period, to
improve the reliability of service. The service will be changed from every 6
min 45 s to every 7 min.

509 HARBOURFRONT
Increased round-trip time
The round-trip time will be increased, to improve the reliability of
service. During the morning peak period, the service will be changed from
every 7 min 30 s to every 10 min. During the midday from Monday to Friday,
the service will be changed from every 15 min to every 20 min. During the
afternoon peak period, the service will change from every 12 min to every 13
min. On Saturdays, the service will be changed from every 15 min to every 13
min.
