I have no problem with the fact that this switch was removed. The time
frame is difficult to tell. I would *assume* it to be after the
interurbans in Washington County were abandoned and the fleet was cut
back to PCC usage only and car barns were closed and cars were shifted
around. Videos suggest this switch was retained thru this time frame
-- about 1953--1954.

PRCo was pretty good about removing things no longer in use. What I
find *amusing* about the signal is that it is a traffic signal, not the
typical US&S type signal!
