Second Avenue/Tenth/Carson *also 11th street in town

Right, Don. Tom Hannon, (operator of PAT' s M283 crane car in the 80's),
lived on Beltzhoover at about the point where Bailey became Beltzhoover.
I remember discussing those paving marks and recall him mentioning he
had no recollection of any trolley operation requiring rails in that
section of Beltzhoover Avenue. The closest "in service" streetcar line
was located at the bottom of that hill at the Warrington Ave./
Beltzhoover intersection where the 44, 48, and 49 routes operated.

Exposed PRC rails can be seen on a short section of old East Ohio Street
in Millvale in front of West Penn Laco Co. There's also a more generous
stretch of trackage laid in red brick paving stone on Chestnut Street,
Northside, that runs from one block North of East Ohio Street to Spring
Garden Avenue.
