West Penn, the accident

Greetings!

	An absolutely devastating tragedy - WP interurban accident wiping out
an entire family except for the Father who had to work that day.
	I could empathize with and feel the Father's pain and his humble
attitude made that pain even worse, but I can't begin to comprehend the
anguish and heartache he felt at losing his entire Family.

	And I often wonder in such situations about the conductor and motorman
in such a situation - even if it was determined that they were not at
fault, they lived through the tragedy and must live with the memory! 
Very difficult to comprehend.

	A very sad part of history and an unfortunate Fact of Life.
