Roger DuPuis and I were on the very last scheduled car and rode it to the South
Hills Village storage yard after it was officially out of service. Roger,
another fan and I got off at the yard entrance and we took each other's photo
with the car. There were two fans still on the car, determined to be the last
passenegers to get off. The motorman let them ride into the shop building with
him.

After a little while, they came out of the yard on foot. The younger of the two,
a young man with with red hair and a buzz haircut was jumping and dancing around
because he "won" and was the last passenger to exit the car.

He didn't go on the fan trip the following day, but he meet the three cars at a
siding on the Drake line when we stopped for a photo shoot.
