Sorry, Charlie,
there is no "rest". Volumes 1-6 were all Cummings and Harold Cox put out.
There are other items, again Cummings-Cox "Surface Cars of Boston 1903-1963"
butr that was a precursor to the 6-volume set and doesn't further the
knowledge. BSRA have done several publications, including the PCCs (needs
major updating) and TB's, but the Cummings-Cox series is the main roster for
Boston pre-PCC.
