[PRCo] My e-mail address is inactive

Today (Saturday, December 1), AT&T, my Internet and e-mail provider,
suddenly and unexpectadly ceased to provide service to me and 4 million
others in the U.S.  There was no advance announcement - my cable modem
simply went dead today.  Never mind that yesterday I received an invoice
from AT&T for December Internet service.

Calls to AT&T today resulted in a recorded message asking me to call
their office during business hours on Monday.

It's also frustrating because in September, AT&T demanded that I change
my old, long-time e-mail address to their new "@home" address.

I am writing this message to you from my old Juno e-mail account, just to
let you know why your messages to me "@home" aren't getting through.

I'd also send a copy of this message to AT&T "@home", but of course, that
address is now inactive.
