[PRCo] OVERBROOK OPENING

Hello all! Although it's two years down the road, I was just wondering if PTM 
planned a fan trip for the reopening of the Overbrook line. I think it would 
be kinda neat if PAT allowed PTM to use PCC 4004 for the fan trip. Is 4004 
still at South Hills Village Yard? Is it still in working order? I guess this 
wouldn't be feasible if 4004 has already been moved to PTM.  I know it won't 
be able to run at PTM because of the pantograph, but how 'bout Overbrook?
