take a picture, before it's gone

Last spring I was spending many days photographing locations where the
Lancaster trolleys once ran. I photographed a doctors' office in
Coatesville that had previously been a bank, and many alterations before
it was the Conestoga Traction Co. freight house. By the end of the
summer, it too was gone. But I got the picture.

What I neglected to do was the 1895 carbarn on North Prince Street in
Lancaster, which the traction company used until 1946. It was an indoor
parking lot in the early 1990s when a snow storm collapsed the roof.
Even then there was no visible damage from the street. And still I
didn't take the picture.

Nice to hear from you, Derrick.
