	"This paper was prepared early in 1950 by the then President and
Secretary, Mr. Harry Bartley and Mr. C.E. England.   Difficulties were
encountered in getting it printed so project was dropped.   It is being
printed at this time for distribution at the dinner honoring Mr. Bob
Brown, who is soon to move to Philadelphia."
	"We are printing it at this time to reminisce about our activities of
five years ago."   11-06-1955!
