Greetings!

PRCo    Homewood    Fire

	"The following cars were destroyed in the fire at Homewood Car House:  
M197,   4826,   4851,   1026,   1051,   1155,   1220,   1281,   1294,  
1648,   1682,   1701,   1600, and 1725.   The following cars were
damaged and will be repaired:   1004,   1010,   1200,   1230,   1231,  
1729,   and 1778."
	"All the trolley wire has been removed from the destroyed building
except that over the two tracks next to the office."
	"The rumor that more conventional cars would be scrapped in the near
future has been denied by a source in the Railways Co. engineering
department."

Although not mentioned, a fantrip was conducted this month as follows:

1955.06.12  --  4398  --  Monongahela Incline, 57, 32, 36, 35, 38A, 38,
42, 40, 48, 49, 22, 4, 5, 21, 8, 10, 15, 13, 6, 18.--Jim
