PRCo   PCCs   Mothballed

	"THIS   IS   THE   KIND   OF   NEWS   we hate to report, but we have
learned that PRC will retire about 40 more PCCs soon.   This will
increase Rankin's moth--ball fleet to its capacity of about 76 cars."
