JTC   Update

	"JOHNSTOWN   TRACTION   has received their trolley buses, and Moxham
barns are bulging at the seams.   Some of the trolley cars have been
pushed out of their happy home and sent to Coopersdale.   No definite
plans have been made for the conversion to TC.   The city is pushing for
the change-over so one-way traffic can be put into operation on downtown
streets.   But, JTC, on the other hand, does not have the funds
necessary to make the change-over very soon, and are moving along
characteristically in that direction with the limited funds and
personnel they can spare to do the work."
