PRCo   68--line   Phantom   Trolley   Car

	"IF   YOU   SAW   a car downtown signed up with a rt.68 roll sign, your
eyes weren't playing tricks on you, and you hadn't been drinking too
much.   Trollies actually   HAVE   been operating on the inner portion
of rt.68.   It's a long story:    tardy buses, union rules, stand-by
service, etc.   We'll give you the details at the Thursday meeting."
