"Quite a few of the West Penn lines, notably the Masontown, Uniontown,
Irwin, and McKeesport, among others, were laid out and engineered by
Chuck England's Uncle Kreps Allen, who passed on quite a few years
ago.   Mr. Allen, who resided in the South Side of Connellsville,
boarded and roomed at Chuck's Grandmother's home in McKeesport while
layout out the lines in that area.   Now we know why Chaz has always had
a special love for those lines of the West Penn, and we thank him for
this information."
