	"IT   IS   NOW   OFFICIAL.    Henceforth this organization shall be
the   PENNSYLVANIA    RAILWAY    MUSEUM    ASSOCIATION,    Inc.   On
August 23 our lawyer, W.W. Spratt, with Judge X. O'Brien, approved our
new designation and thus the last page was closed on the colorful career
of the    PITTSBURGH    ELECTRIC    RAILWAY    CLUB.    Webster defines
career as '...to move or run rapidly'...which is what PERC has done in
its short lifetime.   We have come a long way.   But much work remains
yet to be done with the Internal Revenue Service and Post Office
Department."
