PRMA   Stated   Purpose

"YOUR   ATTENTION   IS   DIRECTED   to the enclosed official notice to
members of this Association, announcing a special meeting of great
importance, that of presenting to the membership a motion to amend the
stated purpose of the Association, a necessary action to conform to the
IRS requirements enabling us to attain a tax-free status.   Your
attendance at this meeting is urged."
