PRCo   Car   Numbers

"JUST    IN    CASE    YOU    HAD    NOT   already noticed, some of our
local PCCs have sported some unusual markings recently.   Mac McGrew
reports that 1709 does   *not*   have a front number; and we have a car
175 on the streets:   1751 has lost its last digit.   And 1652 has a
left side number of three different colored decals."
