They call us, er....them, "snipers."  And that can backfire if the person
you are "sniping" has a maximum bid nearly, but not quite as outrageous as
your last minute bid. I've burnt myself more times than I care to admit. :-)

BTW, I just received the latest "Trolley Fare." Color pictures. Wow! And
Scott Davis really knows how to reproduce that "Pittsburgh Look" with his
line pole and crossarm placement.   Ken J.
