Car Washing in Pittsburgh

Hmm. It took for pages to write the following?:

1.) Look at sky.

2.) If rail appears to be imminent, run dirty cars out into yard.

3.) After rain storm, allow cars to dry.

4.) Return dry cars to carhouse.
