M454 - a little off subject

I started to divest into energy before the crash but too little. I even knew
it was too little beforehand but I had just redid my portfolio a few months
before and didn't want to play around too much. How does this fit into a
trolley post? I discovered Allegheny Energy, a 2 billion company with
phenominal performance over the last few months, and it probably has some
holdings in West Penn. Unfortunately I can't buy it because I'm not going to
take a huge loss in my other stocks for what I consider a short term crash,
but I hope someone else can use the tip.

Regards
Alex
