Greetings!

	Never thought anyone was picking, Fred, but a variety of comments were
made that had no bearing on the original intention of the 18s so I
thought I would set the record straight.

	And as Ed-S has mentioned, the Wilkes-Barre scheme makes much sense as
several have asked about this possibility as well!
