Ted Lockman and Chuck McCormick are doing well. We see them at the museum
from time to time. Walter McCloskey passed away about a year and a half
ago; he had been active at the museum and was a great story teller. One of
the TV stations (maybe it was a local cable outfit) got him on tape and it's
good. Now if I only knew where that tape is....

You introduced me to Walther - had forgotten his name, don't know why.
If I missed Charlie's car, I looked for Walther. Walther had operated
the interurbans into Washington County as well. He always seemed
somewhat sad but a very nice person and excellent operator - he could
get that car to perform. Rode him many times during County Fair Days.

And how about Ted Lockman (looked and spoke like the actor Lee Marvin,
if I have the actor's name correct) who operated the interurbans in
Washington County. Rode a fan trip or two with Ted and he, too, was an
excellent operator.
A couple more were Walter McCloskey and Charles McCormick.
