Like I replied to the request on the list, maybe the best way is to print
them on plain white paper.  We could print the sign inside a circle so we
know where to cut, but cutting the circle is the issue.  I suggest making
brass or styrene disks the correct size, then cement the printed sign on
both sides of the disk and trim to size.  Hangers for the sign could be
pieces of wire or tabs of the sign paper, in fact both sides of the sign
could be made in one piece with the hanger tabs then folded over and
cemented to the disk.  Should be easy!

I would like to obtain some car stop signs in O scale.  What would be the
best way to make a round sign like that?  I like the idea of printing them
on card stock, but how about getting the round shape.  I have a punch;
wonder how it would work on the card stock material>
