[PRCo] East Street and Harmony Route to West View

I recall reading in a booklet pertaining to the Butler & Harmony lines about
special trips to West View Park.

The book indicated that the Butler/Harmony riders bound to West View,  had to
travel all the way into the North Side before backtracking to West View Park.  On
the PRMA map, there appears to be a crossover track just a bit south of where East
Street and Evergreen split.  The Harmony cars would have come off the private right
of way onto Evergreen and then on to East.  If they were double-ended, what was to
prevent them from switching over and then travelling up East to Perrysville Avenue,
etc.?
