OK, Ken Josephson says he did not get the mailing I sent last Thursday (as
promised) on this topic.  Did anyone else not receive it?  The list, with
full graphics, was sent to Leonid at SPTC with non-blind cc's to the list
below.  Leonid received it with full graphics and confirmed it on Friday.
Now, with Ken saying he did not get it I wonder if anyone else did
(particularly since none of you said thanks, which is out of character):

This is a good-sized but not large file, 11 pages in all, Word for Windows
(Office 2000) base, full graphics.  If you did NOT receive it, write to me
at johnfbromleyt at home.com and I will resend it.  The file contained 24000+
characters, not that large, but there is the matter of graphics as it is all
tables, with shading.  I routinely get such file sizes and have had no
difficulty with them but perhaps not everyone else is so lucky.  If all else
fails I can send a printout but that starts to add up in postage costs and
I'd like to avoid where possible.
