[PRCo] Junction question.

Folks:
How was routing controlled through the Junction? I know the switch towers
were there until 1939 when the interlocking was established. Did the switch
tower operator route the outbound cars or did the motorman use the
power-on/power-off method.
Just curious. On the module it will be controlled by the tower operator
located in that corner bay window of the admin building. Oh, yea; that made
me think of another question.
What went on in that second floor bay window area? Maybe I should rephrase,
what was supposed to go on there?
Thanks.
Bob

Number of people utilizing the service provided by the cars, i.e.,
passengers.
;-) I changed the subject line from Charles Street because we were going off
on a
tangent concerning current ridership figures and no one else bothered to
change
it.
