No need to remove it...that costs money!  Port Authority just let a contract
for the development of the new Library station site, complete with parking
facility, and I'd be almost certain that the loop will go away as part of
this expenditure.  Maybe it will migrate 20 miles south or so like some of
the other loops are doing, maybe not.

Was? So did PAT finally remove Simmons Loop? It was still there during
September
