Remember the old rules about property taxes on tracks don't apply if
government owns. And the property on which it sits is no longer
taxable. On the other hand, do you think for one minute that Pittsburgh
Railways would have left an abandoned line (reads Drake) sit there with
the signals illuminated for two years?
