	Just a word of caution, please.  It is very easy here to make 
*assumptions*  about complaints which can be quite divisive  --  and 
*assumptions*  are rarely correct.
	AND we need to be careful in voting for things where a vote was not
called.  WE are not the list owner.

	Same here - just don't have the time that these retirees have  -- 
found the items to be interesting.
