[PRCo] Self-Motivated PCC cars

Last evening a friend, Paul Vassallo, relayed a story he heard from a friend
about a liberated Library car.  I don't know exact times or places, but it
seems that the car was alone in the (Library?) loop and the motorman was
spending the layover in a coffee shop.  The next thing he knew the PCC was
gone.  Apparently an aspiring young motorman sprang from the bushes and took
the ride of his life until he realized that every cop in the area would be
after him and they knew exactly where to look.  The PCC was later found in
an area where an escape-by-foot could be easily accomplished.

I just thought I'd pass this along in case anyone remembers such happenings
on the PRCo.
