Hello, if route 46 went to Mt Oliver via New Arlington to Arlington to 18th
Street (top of hill) could in then turn out Brownsville Road thru the
business district in Mt. Oliver and terminate and wye at Hill Top Car
House. Was this Car House closed by then? What about wyeing at McKinley and
Brownsville or looping at Carrick Car House? Doubt if any of this happened.
In order for a 46 to turn from what is now New Arlington Ave onto Arlington
ave opposite Warrington there would had to have been a switch at the top of
New Arlington on the Knoxville Incline side. Does anyone know if a switch
ever existed there?

Does anyone know if the 51 Bon Air ever ran thru Mt. Oliver down 18th
Street to Carson and looped at 18th and 19th?

Great subject and conversation.

Ray
