[PRCo] Pittsburgh and Philadelphia track gauges

I just double-checked and confirmed that the track guages are:

Pittsburgh - 5' 2-1/2"

Philadelphia (PTC) - 5' 2-1/4"

I believe that the 1/4" difference can affect tracking and rail wear.
