Don't think so. Think v-e-r-y early trackage on W.-Liberty at this
point was single-track. I believe the crossover was put in for the
42-wye - not as a cut-back point.

Very Good Question. Thought about this myself but didn't state it.
Maybe John-S will be able to tell us tomorrow - he had comments on the
42-wye-vs-loop and the 43-loop before.
