And perhaps the most irritating practice, at least to me, are magazines
that will claim a person is from Seattle Washington or For Dodge Iowa
but always Edmonton Canada or London Canada.  Hey, John B, did you folks
get rid of the provinces or is this simply pandering to idiots who would
wonder where are the states of Alberta and Ontario?
