[PRCo] Re: 46--line vs 49--line

Unfortunately, Bill's trip was too late for West Penn's Trafford-Larimer 
connection.  That was one of my favorite HL issues.  Was there ever a 
proposal to construct a Brownsville-Charleroi link????
