[PRCo] Speed Bumps

I'm still trying to figure a way to get this on-topic, but....Ontario didn't
start expanding use of speed bumps yesterday. I worked in southern Ontario
(Toronto and St. Thomas) in 1969-70, and the company that I worked for (a large
international corporation), installed speed bumps in their headquarters parking
lot. The employees hated the bumps, but salesmen were able to get back at the
company - they'd drive their company-owned cars over the bumps at 35mph. I
remember even the sales manager's epithet when he roared over a bump - "let the
%$#@ president (of the company) pay for repairing this car."
