[PRCo] 1700--series Fan Monitor

HI!
	The photos on pgs.245-247 of Young and Provenzo's  *St.-Louis Car
Company*  show the covering over the screen vents to shield it from the
weather, rain in particular.

	We had noted that 1700--herself arrived in the Burgh without a
covering.

	So had 1600 and 1630 but probably because of experience with these two
cars, plus the fact that the screen vent was at more of an angle on the
1700s, the rest of the 1700s arrived with the vent shield and 1700,
1600, and 1630 were retrofitted with such!
