I agree. But I must admit, with the junk the current crop of coach builders are pushing, the
old Fishbowls and Old Looks don't seem so bad in retrospect.

To get back on topic, was there ever an official reason for Pittsburgh Railways painting their
buses orange?

When I visited Pittsburgh during 1999, I was somewhat pleased to see PAT buses painted white
with a red stripe. Ed assured me it was merely a coincidence and not a tribute to Pittsburgh
Railways. Ken J.
