That's Rick Mercer's "Talking to Americans" on the weekly "This 
Hour Has 22 Minutes." Canadians love it because it shows up the 
Yanks as totally ignorant of Canada - which, of course, by and 
large we are.

What some of them fail to notice, however, is that in many cases 
the questions are truly preposterous and that often the Americans 
depicted are obviously in on the joke. Also, that Mercer in 
particular among the show's four principals has a way of zinging 
one past his his TV audience if they let their guard down.
