After hearing the dialogue on this and reviewing a few additional pictures,
I agree that the location is Grant Street, right at the intersection. I
think that the bus station was c.1938, now that I think! Sorry for the
confusion.

Another question ... the trolley bus demo was in 1936 on Grant, 6th, and
Liberty. Was the Greyhound terminal in the southwest former of Grant
and Liberty extant? I have this weird feeling that it hadn't been built
yet.
