Yes, actually, you can get this list in digest mode. Visit 
http://lists.dementia.org/cgi-bin/lsg2.cgi

or mail listar at dementia.org with the body of your message reading:
set pittsburgh-railways digest

Let me know if you have problems; I can do necessary operations by hand
but I'd really like to get the software working nicely so you guys can
handle stuff like this without intervention: it means for instance if I'm
away and you really need to change modes or something, you can do it
yourself.
