Greetings

Consider that 61-C serves Forbes Ave, Oakland and Sq Hill before
it ever crosses the river..

The other two routes serve Penn Ave/East Liberty and
North Side-Bloomfield-Oakland-South Side.

Together, these 3 routes cover most of the heavy Pgh corridors.
