TORONTO IS 4' 10-7/8" -- THIS TRANSLATES TO 58-7/8", NOT 70-7/8".

Baltimore was 64 1/2 inches. New Orleans mixed 56 1/2 and 62 1/2
inches. Toronto 70 7/8 inches.
