Item Description: 
	Title is Specifications for P.C.C. Car, effective April 1, 1941.  This is some type of photocopy of a book and drawings evidently done for the Port Authority Transit of Pittsburgh (PAT) since the back two pages have drawings of PatTransit 1600 series and 1700 series PCC cars. Sections of the book are:  Definitions, Scope, Inspection and Tests; 2 Materials and Workmanship; 3 Car Body; 4 Motors, Brakes, Control and Accessories; 5 Trucks; 6 Options and Other Contract Conditions.  This copy is about 1" thick and weighs about 2 1/2 pounds.  Winner pays shipping, possibly bookrate to continental U.S.
