Dennis:
This list is as complete as I can think of. But you should be aware
that there is a ton of material on carhouses in the PTM library. And
teachers have summers off. (Unless they book them solid with other
persuits or curriculum development (like my wife did.)
EHL should be able to help. I can too if you catch the week in a month
that I'm hiding in the library.
