1.  You are talking about a period when no one of sound mind went to
Pittsburgh to take pictures.
You might get the best answer by going through 100 of Dengler's
envelopes.

2.  I photographed one of the brand new herald decals on 35mm using
Dad's old Baldina.  I used that camera in Pittsburgh in March 1953,
December 1953 (we were over for Grandpa's funeral), and Easter week of
1954.  I took the picture at Keating leading me to believe it was the
December 1953 trip.

3.  I remember one of the PERC fans complaining that PRC was doing them
a disservice by painting the fronts of the older PCCs cream.  He felt
only the 1700s should look that way.  It may have been Bartley.  But I
remember the location ... it was the PERC show at the Fort Pitt Hotel. 
You figure out the date ... it may have been December 1953.
