This looks like M454 on a fantrip, circa 1965 on Forbes turning into Craig.  
Would be normal routing for 77/54 cars in years past.

There is/was a safety island just behind pickup truck in this view (I used 
it to transfer to 77/54 for northside and for 64 to return home from 
Carnegie Library/Museum trips).  As for structures out of view on left, 
vaguely recall there being a drug store on corner, then maybe some row homes 
extending towards Carnegie Museum.  But again, we are talking 35 plus years 
ago.
